"They came out quickly. The gentleman explained what was going on and said that he would treat the problem in an efficient way that would be safe for my kid. He was friendly, understood my concern and was reassuring. When he was done, he gave me suggestions to help prevent the mice from coming back and also stated that there was a discount if I chose to have them come out again in a few months for maintenance. They didn't make me sign an agreement or contract. Just offered a discount in a respectful way. It's been a couple of weeks and the mice are gone!

He got along with my cats and my silly banter. He identified my moths, ants and beetles in the house and how to take care of them and made sure everything was pet safe for my babies!
